Blueberry Banana Chocolate Chip Donuts

These donuts really do it for me! The best part is they taste amazing and you can feel GREAT about eating them because the ingredients are gut friendly and nutritious. Give me ALL the donuts!


These are so easy and quick to make and taste delicious!

Ingredients:

*makes ~9 donuts

  • 4-5 bananas

  • 1 c. frozen wild blueberries - you can also use whatever blueberries you have

  • 2 c rolled oats

  • 1.5 tbsp baking powder

  • 1-2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp coconut butter

  • 1/4 c dried strawberries


Optional Ingredients:


Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Spray donut pan with coconut oil or avocado oil if needed

  • Mix all ingredients in blender (including greens powder if using) excluding coconut butter and dried strawberries

  • Pour into donut pan 3/4 of way high

  • Bake for 12-15 mins

  • take out of oven

  • Let sit for a few minutes then take donuts out of pan and place onto a plate or drying rack

  • Melt coconut butter on stove top or microwave until creamy

  • Drizzle melted coconut butter on top of donuts

  • Sprinkle crushed up dried strawberries on top of coconut butter

  • Store in fridge for up to 1 week or in freezer for longer
