Natural Hydration Electrolyte Drink

I scrounged up this hydrating electrolyte drink for my 18 month old son and he is obsessed with it and so am I! It's so simple and it's just a nice little change up from plain water.


The sea salt provides minerals and helps us to absorb water.


The coconut water is an excellent natural hydrator because it contains electrolytes like potassium, sodium, and magnesium, which help replenish fluids and maintain hydration, especially after exercise.


Coconut water also provides essential nutrients like:

  • Potassium: Supports heart health and helps regulate blood pressure.

  • Magnesium: Aids muscle and nerve function.

  • Calcium: Supports bone health.

  • Vitamin C: Boosts the immune system.

Ingredients:

*makes 1 drink

  • 1/2 glass coconut water - I like the brand Harmless Harvest. It's better if you find coconut water in the fridge at the store.

  • Half a lime juiced

  • pinch of sea salt or himalayan salt

  • Ice


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass and enjoy!
