My husband did a Costco run for us and surprised me with acai packets because he knows how much I love acai bowls! Of course the next morning I had to make one, so I used what I had a home to make a fairly simple acai bowl, it turned out delicious!
Ingredients:
1 Packet of frozen acai berry (we get ours at Costco the Sambazon brand)
1/2 Banana (can be frozen or fresh)
1 c. Berries of your choice, I used blueberries
1/4 c. Almond milk or your non-dairy milk of choice
Toppings:
Granola of your choice - Paleonola Granola and Wholeme Grain-Free Clusters are two of my favorites
Banana slices or fresh fruit of your choice
Chia seeds
Drizzle of almond butter or your choice of nut butter
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in a blender
Add toppings
