This tea is a great natural way to help support recovery when you are sick and to help reduce inflammation.
I made this the other day because my throat was feeling a little scratchy and this truly helped me so much!


Ingredients:
1/2 tsp ground turmeric or 1 chunk of turmeric chopped into squares, skin removed
1 chunk of ginger chopped into squares, skin removed
1 whole lemon juiced
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1 pinch of pepper helps with the bioavailability of the turmeric!
1/2 an orange juiced
3 cups filtered water
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a pot except for honey
Heat over medium/low heat until warm
Pour through strainer into cup
Add honey
Enjoy!
